Surrey Eco School Summit 2024

The Eco-Schools summits this year are on the 14th and 23rd March 2023. The summit is a free event that can help your school work towards an Eco-School award and wider sustainability issues. These events are being held at Surrey County Council’s Woodhatch Building in Reigate and WWF’s Living Planet Centre in Woking, 9.00am to 3.00pm. Please note you only need to attend one conference, as the two conferences mirror each other.

This year’s summit is different to previous years and is suitable for any school staff that need help to progress with their Eco-Schools work. There will be new speakers, new workshops and totally new activities. This year the summits will have a strong focus on energy with other schools and environmental education providers. 

There will be representatives from locally based environmental organisations who will be able to provide you with information and future support. There will be exciting and practical workshops on, Climate Change, Outdoor Learning, Water, Waste, Biodiversity and Energy.
