Nov 2024 Green Elmbridge Climate Cafe: Information Sharing and Networking Event
Many thanks to our hosts at Holy Trinity Hall, Claygate Parish Council and the embryonic Claygate Community Environmental group headed up by Peter Stevenson
This climate cafe was pleasingly well attended. Member groups were invited to bring materials to set-up on tables for people to look at before the presentations and during the networking session.
A big thanks to Claygate parish for organising and providing the refreshments - certainly the most comprehensive food provision we’ve ever had!

Take the Jump Climate Café (8th October 23)
The Networking event was well attended and well received - here’s what some of the attendees fed back to us:
'Just wanted to say thank you for inviting us to yesterday’s Green Elmbridge Networking Event, it was good to hear what was going on locally, the content was interesting and useful.'
‘I really enjoyed this morning. Hope the afternoon went well’ ’
'The event was very good for networking and supporting each other and let's do this again'
The event gave an opportunity for local groups to share their current or next projects, and highlight the challenges that they are facing and the resources they would like. A flavour of what was aired can be found here.
