What do you do with a CD player that no longer opens? A toaster that doesn’t toast? A sweater with moth holes? A chair with a wobbly leg? Why not book it into the Repair café?

At the Repair Café we aim to match you with a repairer to mend your broken item together, using their skills and know-how. This empowering forum looks to prolong the life of objects, save money and mitigate the environmental impact of buying new.

Costs? You will be asked to supply or pay for any spare parts that need to be ordered for the repair. Voluntary contributions to help with the costs of running the café are most gratefully received.
