Join Guided by Nature for a Green Gym session and get fit by creating Women's Medical Wheel Wellbeing garden. You will have an opportunity to engage in various seasonal gardening activities from clearing the ground, planting seeds to looking after different plants . As well as getting fit physically you will also nurture your soul through spending time outdoors, meeting other women and learning about medicinal plants.
Each Friday session will last 3 hours and will initially take place in the morning.
Botanical drinks and herbal teas will be served during each session.
